Restock Packs

You open the KIT, work out what is missing, cross-reference it against a list, then place an order with nine lines on it. That takes half an hour and it is why most kits are restocked once and never again.

A restock pack is one product. It refills every consumable and perishable in a specific KIT in a single order, and it arrives matched to the layout rather than as a box of loose supplies you then have to sort.

MATCHED TO YOUR KIT

There is a pack for each of the main KITs: Family and Workplace, Vehicle, Slimline, Handy, Hiking, and Pet.

Buy the one that matches the KIT you own. The Family and Workplace KITs share a pack because they are the same KIT in different branding.

HOW OFTEN

Two habits cover it, and neither requires a system.

Replace whatever you use in the same week you use it. Then check the whole KIT twice a year, at the same time you do something else you already remember, like the smoke alarm batteries.

The numbered labelling system inside every SURVIVAL KIT tells you how many of each item should be there, so a gap is visible rather than something you have to recall.

WHAT A RESTOCK PACK DOES NOT COVER

The hardware. Shears, tweezers, splints and the bag itself are not consumables and are not in the pack.

If you have lost or broken one of those, buy it individually from First Aid Restock, which carries the items separately.

FOR WORKPLACES

Under work health and safety duties, a workplace first aid kit has to be maintained, not just provided. A KIT that has been raided over eighteen months is not compliant however good it looked on the day it was bought.
