The Snake Bite KIT is specifically for treating snake and spider bites and has a splint which is crucial for immobilising a limb for a snake/spider bite.
The Remote and Outdoor Module similarly has 2 Smart Bandages, however it's suited for more remote activities as it includes a mini torch, emergency whistle and daylight signal mirror, and does not include a splint.
