Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

The Promoter is Survival Services Pty Ltd (trading as Survival Emergency Solutions), ABN 14 641 921 173, 1/389 Avoca Drive, Green Point NSW 2251.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3. Game of chance

This is a trade promotion and a game of chance. Winners are determined by random draw, and skill plays no part in determining the winners.

4. Promotional period

Entry opens at 12:00am AEST on Wednesday 24 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 26 June 2026 (the Promotional Period). Any order placed outside the Promotional Period is not eligible.

5. How to enter

To enter, place any order at survivalfirstaidkits.net.au during the Promotional Period. Each order placed is one (1) automatic entry. There is no minimum spend, and no additional step is required beyond placing an order. Orders that are later cancelled, refunded or found to be fraudulent are not eligible, and the associated entry will be void.

6. Entries and the daily draws

There are three (3) daily draws, one for each day of the Promotional Period. Each entry stays in the draw pool for the draw relating to the day the order is placed, and for every later daily draw, until the entry wins a prize or the Promotional Period ends. This means:

  • an order placed on Day 1 (24 June) is eligible for all three daily draws;
  • an order placed on Day 2 (25 June) is eligible for the Day 2 and Day 3 draws;
  • an order placed on Day 3 (26 June) is eligible for the Day 3 draw only.

Once an entry is drawn as a winner, it is removed from any remaining draws, so the same order cannot win more than once.

7. The prize

There are three (3) prizes. Each prize is one (1) x $500 Ampol fuel voucher (AmpolCash card or equivalent). One (1) prize is drawn per daily draw across the three draws. The total prize pool is $1,500. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

8. The draw

Each daily draw is drawn at random from all eligible entries in the draw pool at the time of the draw. Draws take place at 10:00am AEST on the morning after each promotional day, being 25, 26 and 27 June 2026.

9. Winner notification and announcement

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone, using the contact details provided with their order, within two (2) business days of the relevant draw. Winners will be announced on the Promoter's social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).

10. Unclaimed prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim their prize, within fourteen (14) days of the draw, the Promoter may conduct a redraw, subject to any applicable state requirements.

11. Privacy

Entrant details are collected and handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion or from the use of any prize. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Permits

The total prize pool for this promotion is $1,500, which is below the trade promotion permit thresholds in all Australian states and territories. No trade promotion permit is required.

14. Social platforms

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release these platforms from any and all liability in connection with this promotion.

15. Acceptance

By entering, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a manner that is fraudulent or otherwise unfair.
