It says Snake Bite on the front, but here's what it really covers:
- Bites & stings: Correct pressure-immobilisation for snake bites, funnel-web spider bites and cone shell stings.
- Sprains & strains: The SMART Bandage™ wraps firm support around a rolled ankle or knee.
- Major bleeds: The SMART Bandage™ is strong enough to hold pressure and slow serious bleeding.
- Fractures: The splint immobilises a broken limb until help arrives.
- Ticks: A tick spoon to flick them out before they dig in.
- Shock & cold: An emergency blanket to lock in warmth when it matters.
- Getting found: A loud emergency whistle to bring help your way.
Built to take a beating and keep going, it has a 600D ripstop Oxford polyester shell with a water-repellent coating, tough YKK external zips, and reinforced composite D-rings. It clips to your belt, pack or MOLLE and comes with you, wherever the track leads.
