Designed in Australia by leading first aid and snake experts, SMART Bandage™ helps you keep calm and focused during an emergency, with the rectangle pictogram becoming a square to let you know when optimal tension has been achieved.

Constructed from a blend of woven cotton fabric with non-fraying edges, the SMART Bandage™ is extremely durable and can be washed after use.

The SMART Bandage™ also doubles as a compression bandage in your first aid kit for major wounds, sprains and strains. It’s recommended to always carry at least two SMART Bandages™ with you, so these can be applied above and below the bite or wound in the case of a snake or funnel-web spider bite emergency.

Smart bandage Snake and funnel web spider
Excellent description, very informative video of how to apply first aide. I have watched the video several times just in case. Hopefully never need it. I had recently bought your first aide kit and it looks great. A week or so later my 87 year old mother called me freaking out, she had a brown snake in her lounge room. My husband got her out of the house having to walk past where the snake was behind a freestanding heater. Once we got her out safely we called the council who then sent a snake catcher. End result snake bagged. After that I purchased another smart bandage and splint. Sorry no photos taken. Too much going on at the time.
